Exchange Policy

  1. Without prejudice to any contractual or statutory warranty rights, customers may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the product. Exchange requests submitted after the 7-day period will not be accepted.
  2. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and free from any signs of use or damage. We reserve the right to inspect the product before approving the exchange to verify its condition.
  3. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchange requests. For international exchanges, customers are responsible for all shipping expenses, including delivering the item to the designated shipping carrier. If the product has a manufacturing defect or the wrong item was shipped, all related costs will be covered by the store.

Exchange requests cannot be accepted in the following cases:

  • If the product has been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or negligence by the customer.
  • If any accessories, original packaging, or product components are missing or damaged.



Return Policy

  2. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by all original accessories and packaging. The store reserves the right to inspect the returned item before approving the refund.
  3. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. For international returns, customers are responsible for the full shipping fees, including delivering the item to the designated shipping carrier. If the returned product is defective or an incorrect item was delivered, the store will cover all applicable costs and provide appropriate compensation.
